This day trip will take you to one of the best Moroccan Atlantic coast cities with expansive golden beaches. You will start your day in the Morning. 

Essaouira is a small city on the Atlantic coast of Morocco. Essaouira is 190 km west of Marrakech (2h30 drive). Essaouira has superb beaches that are among the most beautiful in the country.

Pick-up at your accommodation

At 9AM, your guide will pick you up from your hotel or meeting point in Marrakech.

The excursion from Marrakech to Essaouira starts as early as possible (it is recommended) to take advantage of the day.

Drive To Essaouira

Approximate duration: 2h:30

Essaouira is 190 km west of Marrakech (2h30 drive).

On the way, you stop to see the argan trees. Argan trees are adapted to semi-desertic areas and valued for their medicinal properties. Also, you can see goats climb these trees for grazing and take some nice pictures.

Surf Lesson

Approximate duration: 2h

Learn to surf in a beautiful location.

Experience the coastal beauty of Essaouira and learn new skills at the same time with this fun and beginner-friendly surfing lesson.

This hassle-free experience includes wetsuit rental, shower facilities, and even photos of your experience. 

During the lesson, learn special warm-up exercises, and receive guidance on the fundamentals of surfing—such as how to take off, catch waves, and stand up.

Lunch In A Casual Restaurant (Not Included)

Enjoy the beautiful scenery and taste the Moroccan cuisine.

Have the opportunity to taste Moroccan cuisine and a wide choice of local products while taking advantage of the beautiful view of the ocean. 

Drop-off at your accommodation

After visiting the Old Medina, head back to your hotel in Marrakech. 

Arriving around 5 PM-6 PM.
